2yr old male collie x papillon

We have a 2yr old collie x papillon from a working collie, who has not adapted to life in a family home. He needs a quiet environment with space to run and plenty of stimulation/ a job. He loves spending most of his time outside.

He is reactive when touched due to being mistreated by previous owners, causing him to snap when he is distrustful, and chases cars so needs kind and patients owners who are willing to give him time to adjust. He gets on with other dogs with the right introduction, but is not suitable to be around young children.
