    FARMING SYSTEM
    The land has been let out on a Farm Business tenancy which expires on 28th September 2017.

    In the 2016/17 harvest season the approximate arable cropping was as follows: Wheat: 43 acres Barley: 8.3 acres Grass Ley: 17 acres Pasture: 57 acres

    The vendor plans to leave the wheat and barley areas fallow during autumn to allow spring cropping.

    SNAPE FARMHOUSE, BARNS AND FARM
