The Abacus Flock has some Shetland tups available. We have Abacus Benjamin, an amazing spotty ram, he is 4years old, a proven ram, quite a lot of his stock has been retained. Abacus Benedict, a proven ram, some stock retained, a handsome chap with the rare butter marking and with the flecket gene too. Abacus Brent, a very Flecket chap, not been used yet, closely related to a lot of the flock. And then we have this year’s ram lambs, of which there are a few to choose from, all should be able to work this autumn. I only keep the best back for breeding. The older tups are registered with the Shetland Sheep Society, this year’s lambs are registrable, but will only be registered once sold to avoid unnecessary expense. These are only for sale as breeding stock so please do not enquire if you are looking for meat. They have been vaccinated with Bultavo3, blue tongue vaccination, on the 26th July and also have had Heptavac-p. All sprayed with Clik Extra, to protect them from fly strike till the end of the year. You will need a CPH number to purchase any of these sheep.
