Looking for Flat Grassland to Rent or Buy

The size approximately like a football pitch

I am looking to rent or buy flat grassland without trees, with road access, in the following areas:

- Essex (M25, Basildon ,Tilbury, Brentwood area)

- Worthing / Littlehampton/Eastbourne/ hayling island

The land will be used only for sports activities and only when weather conditions allow. The owner will have normal access to the land and can harvest the grass.

Preferably as far away as possible from residential houses.
