Looking for a dry secure barn to rent for a business in Cornwall

Hello. Ideally North Coast area between St Ives and Newquay. I'm looking for a barn or similar which is dry with good access to rent for a car sales business. Any visitor would be only by appointment. Quite small scale. Thanks.
