Method of Sale
The land is offered for sale as a whole or in two lots by private treaty.
In the event that the land is sold in two lots the purchaser of Lot 2 will be required to erect a new stockproof fence between points A and B on the sale plan to a minimum specifi cation of posts with sheep netting and a top rail. This is to be done within two months of the date of completion and the purchaser thereafter will be responsible to maintain the new boundary.
