    Top tips on tractor fuel

"The last thing we need to think about is fuel, fuel is very important, without fuel the tractor isn’t going to run. With modern tractors being in plastic tanks, the condensation effect isn’t as important, but even so best practise should always be, at the end of the day, leave your tractor full of diesel. This is very very important when you have a metal tank on a tractor cos if the tank empty you get more chance of condensation, that’s more chance of water within the fuel and causing problems within the engine. So always make sure either last thing at night that you fill your tractor up with diesel so thats it’s all ready for the days work the following day."
